Robin Clarke makes Windsor chairs
in locally grown ash. Over the twenty years he has been making these
chairs the designs have evolved to become simple, comfortable, and
beautiful.
The parts of the chairs are worked green, in the traditional
way, but great care is taken to dry the pieces before assembly. The
finished chairs are rubbed down well and beeswax is used to make the
surface look and feel as beautiful as possible.
